The temperature of the trimmed tape will vary depending on the composition, properties, surface structure shape and particle size of the material. For example, when the bulk temperature is 150°C (coke or sinter) and the contact area with the trimming band is small, the surface temperature can be maintained at 60-80°C. At the time of purchase, it is recommended to carry out relevant tests on the use temperature of the product.
In today's society, industrial production has been very far-reaching development, and different industries often have cooperative relations for various reasons. Nowadays, many electronic products are often used in the production process, this product can play a certain role in auxiliary production. Many people think that the trimming belt is a very common industrial material, which will be relatively simple in the production process, but this is not the case. Even the ordinary trimming belt will have many components. The following is a detailed introduction to youtrimming beltseveral important components.
Ordinary trimming tape is generally composed of cloth covering layer, tensile layer (top glue), strength layer (tensile layer) and compression layer (bottom glue). The functions of each part are as follows:
1. Covering layer, the covering layer is composed of plain rubber canvas (mainly cotton canvas and polyester cotton canvas) obliquely cut to 45 degrees. Such a combined product type has good flexibility and friction, can connect the parts into a whole, protect the other parts of the trimming belt from wear and erosion, and improve the rigidity of the product.
2. Stretch the adhesive layer. The stretch rubber layer is composed of rubber with high elasticity and excellent tensile properties. It can withstand the tensile stress of the integral belt word during operation and bending, and can buffer and protect the strong layer.
3, strong layer. It is the skeleton of the product, mainly including polyester cord, polyester toughened brown yarn, aramid cord and dipped cord fabric. Its function is to withstand the tensile stress generated by such transport belt products in operation, and it is also the main force part in the belt transmission process.

4. Cushioning rubber, it is generally made of polyester toughened brown ribbon, similar to the cable core. Around the strength layer, there is a layer of rubber with good adhesion strength to the core on the connected product, called buffer rubber. It can fix the belt core and absorb the dynamic shear stress generated by the high-speed and frequent deformation of the trimming belt.
5. The compression rubber layer is composed of rubber with excellent bending fatigue resistance, which bears the compression stress generated by the cutting belt during bending, maintains the rigidity and elasticity of the cutting edge belt, increases the cross section of the cutting belt and the friction contact surface with the pulley, and improves the transmission efficiency.
So how to choose the trimming belt? The following made a specific introduction:
1. Choosing a suitable trimming zone depends not only on thermal strain, but also on chemical stress and mechanical stress;
2.trimming beltThe temperature will vary depending on the composition, properties, surface structure shape and particle size of the material. For example, when the bulk temperature is 150°C (coke or sinter) and the contact area with the trimming band is small, the surface temperature can be maintained at 60-80°C. At the time of purchase, it is recommended to carry out relevant tests on the use temperature of the product.
Cut three samples with a length of 250 mm from one PJ V-ribbed belt, and mark a marking line with a spacing of 100mm at the middle position of the PJ V-ribbed belt. When more than three samples cannot be taken from one PJ V-ribbed belt, samples can be cut from the same batch of PJ V-ribbed belt, but must be indicated in the report. 7.4.2 High temperature resistance test method
Place the sample at 100 ℃ ± 2 ℃ for 96 h ± 1 h and then take it out. After standing at laboratory temperature for more than 2h, bend it along a cylinder with a diameter of 20 mm at a contact angle of at least 90 °.
